Decreases installation time while providing consistent connection quality. Plugtail wiring harness is wired into each junction box and receptacles (sold separately) are "plugged" in after drywall work is finished. Factory terminated devices and connectors mean that device installation is the same regardless of the skill of the installer. The connectors are keyed to ensure proper wiring installation into each receptacle.
