Most orders over $50.00 ship for free to the lower 48 States via standard UPS or USPS shipping. We offer several expedited shipping options during checkout.
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
Shipping Cut-Off and Fulfilment Times
Most orders ship same day provided they are placed and screened prior to 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Some orders that require freight may take 1-5 business days for fulfillment.
If you require guaranteed rush delivery, please contact us to make arrangements. We’re more than happy to accommodate most reasonable shipping requests.
Third-Party shipping is available for UPS and LTL freight. Please contact us to make prior arrangements.
Most items are fulfilled from Las Vegas, NV (89120).
Any orders with upgraded shipping options must be placed Monday-Friday prior to 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). We only ship orders during normal business days, excluding holidays.
Saturday Delivery, Next Day Air Early AM, and Second Day Air Early AM is available upon request and is typically twice the cost of Next Day Air. UPS does not discount any early AM or Saturday Delivery services.
No single item in your order must weigh more than 150 pounds, exceed dimensional volume restrictions for UPS, or contain any products that are classified as hazardous. Certain Hazmat material cannot be transported by air.
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion – smaller lightweight orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders destined for Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Please visit our eBay Store to complete any international transactions. We ship world-wide to over 180 countries. Additionally, buyers can use third-party freight forwarding services such as MYUS.COM.
We can accommodate most special international shipping requests with prior arrangements. Certain countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Sudan, Ivory Coast, Irag, and Syria are excluded due to shipping restrictions, lack of carriers, war, and fraud.
We regularly ship to Canada, Mexico, and China; typically orders ship via USPS, Canada Post, EMS, TNT, or UPS. Buyers are responsible for all subsequent import taxes, duties, or any other ancillary fees. Customs documentation will properly list the contents of your order and can be provided prior to shipment upon request.
PO/PMB, APO/FPO Boxes and US Protectorates
Any orders shipping to non-physical address or US Protectorates will be shipped via USPS. Please allow ample time for transit. Many of these destinations require 15-45 days in transit for goods to arrive. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier. All shipments will be sent via Traceable / Trackable method and delivery confirmation will serve as Proof of Delivery.
Shipping Address, Package Delivery, and Insurance
We will only ship to the address provided during checkout. If payment via Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or similar non-credit/debit card method are used please note that signature release will be required for orders over 100.00.
If buyers address is invalid or you have moved, please contact us for resolution. If you are unable to sign for your package or pick up at local carrier will-call and the order is RTS (Return to Sender) the actual cost of shipping and up to a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Reshipment is possible at our discretion.
All UPS orders are insured for $100.00 automatically. If your shipment is high-value we may elect to insure your package at our discretion. Additional insurance available upon request.
Merchandise over 150-Lbs or exceeding volume restrictions for parcel services require LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight is required. Please contact us for freight rates prior to purchase.
LTL shipping has increased in cost dramatically in recent months due to various factors. Extra delays may be possible if carriers are at capacity. Please factor the cost of freight into your purchasing decisions. (July 2018).
