PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may periodically use your “PII” for targeted advertising with certain vendors such as Facebook, Amazon, eBay, and similar advertising networks.
We share limited Personal Information with shipping carriers, logistics providers, shipping auditors, software providers, and other vendors in connection with fulfilling your order, screening for fraud/abuse, and conducting customer service. We only share the minimum information required to complete each process. For example, when we ship your order with UPS we provide your Name, Company Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number so UPS can complete delivery.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, court order, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. If we suspect that our site is being used to attempt, facilitate, or conduct fraud/unlawful activity we may take steps to notify appropriate law enforcement agencies, service providers, or related parties.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Any communications by web, email, chat, or similar methods may be subject to retention. For example, if you contact us by email with product questions we will attach this to your order/customer profile for future reference and customer service.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY UNDER THE AGE OF 13
We will not knowingly collect, market, solicit, retain, or archive any “PII” data from persons under the age of 16. If we inadvertently collect “PII” information from any child under the age of 16 we will make every effort to delete such data as reasonable feasible and as quickly as possible. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS UNDER CALIFORNIA LAW
Per California Civil Code; residents of California may request a copy of “PII” disclosed to third parties in connection with direct marketing purposes. The code allows for one request per year immediately preceding the calendar year. If you sign up for an account or place an order with us you may at any time request a copy of any personal data we have retained. You may correct information associated with your account by editing your profile or contacting with the information provided below. You may withdraw consent by deleting your account at anytime by requesting such in writing to the address noted below (except to the extent that Toomanyamps is prevented by law from deleting your information). When you delete your account, Toomanyamps deletes your account as explained in this policy. However, other service providers such as shipping carriers or payment processors will need to be contacted individually with such requests. Toomanyamps has minimal secure access to such records and as such it is the users responsibility to formally request your data is deleted from all sources. Providing your personal data may be a requirement necessary to enter into or to perform a contract, including for the performance of certain services and functionalities offer by the site.
