The Crouse-Hinds BC5 Condoled Conduit Outlet Body is installed in conduit systems to act as a pull outlet for conductors that are stiff, due to large size or the type on insulation that is has. It provides longer openings that are needed when pulling large conductors. The 1-1/2-Inch outlet body prevents sharp bends and kinks from being made in large conductors and it also provides ample openings for splices and taps. This Outlet body provides access to wiring for maintenance and future system changes. From the modest upstate New York beginnings in 1897, Crouse-Hinds has grown into a worldwide organization that manufactures or markets products on every continent.
